It's that time of year!

Time for lots of naughty holiday fun! :)

Do you believe in Santa Claus?

Neither does Jenna Peterson, but naughty girl she is, she set out to prove it to the world. It started with a dare but then she couldn’t resist the handsome man beneath the beard and had to give him a little something to remember her by.

When Scott signed up to be the mall Santa Claus, he never dreamed that two naughty girls would be sitting on his lap or that one would capture his heart and then just walk away. Could he convince her that this was more than physical attraction and to trust her heart? Or was she determined to stay on Santa’s naughty list?

You can buy it from after December 23, 2006.

A Great Review for THE VEIL!

Euro Reviews says:

"H. A. Fowler has written a terrifically exciting and intriguing supernatural tale which grabbed this reviewer by the throat from sentence one and never let go! Devon and Helene are characters the reader warms up to immediately; and the fast-paced mystery wouldn’t let me stop until the end. I am definitely now a convinced fan of H. A. Fowler and intend to read anything this very special and talented author produces! Reader, reach for The Veil at your very earliest opportunity, and schedule a block of time to read it, for once you commence, you will not be able to close the book!"

Rated FIVE STARS! Woohoo! *dances*

Have you picked up your copy of THE VEIL yet? Don't miss it!

A new novella from one of my favorite Romance Divas!

What Lies In Winter
by Cassidy Kent
ISBN-10: 1-59279-628-1 (Electronic)
ISBN-13: 978-1-59279-628-1 (Electronic)

When workaholic Hayley goes on a much-needed holiday to her favorite cabin hideaway tucked deep in the mountains of the Mammoth ski resort, she doesn’t expect to meet the beast of a man occupying her rental.

Bestselling mystery author, Nicholas Rhiordan, happens to have the same plan in mind, vacationing in his luxury cabin. He wants nothing better than to be left alone to finish his next novel, but when Hayley makes a surprise appearance, he discovers she’s hell-bent on disrupting his peaceful balance. Like any feral beast, his only recourse is to throw her out on her ass in a heap of snow and hope that she gets the hint.

When a relentless blizzard forces them to share the same quarters, their fiery personalities and equally combustible attraction could melt the ice caps off the snowy mountains. Once the storm blows over, will their connection fizzle like a snow flurry or will they pen a perfect ending?

Genres: Contemporary / Voyeurism / Interracial

A Great Review!

It pays to Google yourself.

Here's a review I found of SWORD OF REGRET!

"Sword of Regret, part of Freya's Bower's BITES line, is an amazing accomplishment in surgical, focused, well controlled writing. Both short stories work together, but more importantly, they succeed as individual tales without leaving readers befuddled or dissatisfied. Wonderfully done by Ms. Fowler, this pairing has Romance News hungry for more vampy bites from this author."

I've been very, very ill, as you might have guessed from the fact that I've been offline for six weeks. I've been in and out of the hospital a couple of times, and mostly incpacitated by various problems. But even I can find the energy to come online and pimp my two latest works! ;)

I've been getting some treatment and I'm starting to feel better, so hopefully I'll be able to be around more now. I hope everybody is well! Now for the pimping...

Two great books to satisfy any vampire fan's taste! Don't miss a bite!

The barrier between Earth and Hell is about to fall...

by H.A. Fowler
ISBN 978-1-60088-060-5
Futuristic/Dark Fantasy Romance
Cobblestone Press/October 27, 2006

Five hundred years ago, a terrorist group launched a fearsome anti-matter weapon and tore open the fabric of reality, revealing a world of nightmares on the other side. After decades of war, death and destruction, a union of wizards and witches came forth with the magick to build a barrier and keep the monsters in their rightful home.
They called it THE VEIL.

Detective Devon Harrigan is a hard-nosed skeptic, no fan of magick or its users -- an ironic stance for a vampire who was human when the Veil first fell. But he is a cop first, so when a serial killer stalks his home city of New Denver, Colorado, he'll do what he has to do to stop the carnage. Including play babysitter to the killer's sole living witness, a pampered high priestess of the most powerful witches' organization in the world, the creators of the Veil itself.

High Priestess Lady Helene Du Solaire has lived a sheltered life, and she has never met anyone as anachronistic -- or as fascinating -- as her new bodyguard. There is no denying the immediate attraction between them, or that giving into it could lead to devastating consequences. Not to mention it's a distraction from the matter at hand they can scarcely afford -- that Helene is the killer's target because she is the key to a ritual that, in only a few days time, will destroy the Veil and unleash Hell on Earth once again.

Helene and Devon must race against time and resist their growing feelings, put aside prejudices and painful pasts, and discover the identity of the being that threatens both Helene's life and the fate of the world.
